Miss Bloo 1
This series of portraits is an attempt to visually depict the loss of memory over time through the fading of the traces of a portrait. A stencil of the outline of a portrait was cut and covered with blue pigment. Sheets covered with glue were then applied and compressed against the stencil. Repeating this without adding more pigment to the original stencil created a gradual fading through which the portrait slowly disappears generating a phantom-like image.
