A Walk On The Wild Side with François Thévenon, an expert in foraging and off-road cooking, is a call to re-wilding our perception and knowledge in order to be able to reconnect with nature. In a swamp area south of Paris, François Thévenon took us on a walk to discover and overcome our fears of the local edible plants and mushrooms that would have, without him, been overlooked and considered too dangerous and alien to eat.
